At African American Bridal, we take pride in offering personalized service and custom-designed products tailored to your unique preferences. Unlike ready-to-ship merchandise, all of our orders are crafted with care and attention to detail at the time of purchase.
Upon placing your order, it enters our queue for creation by our talented designer within 24 hours. The timeline for receiving your product depends on various factors, including the complexity of production, shipping requirements, your location, chosen shipping method, and the date of order placement.
As each item is made-to-order, we ensure that it reflects your individual style and specifications. While this process may require additional time, we believe the end result is worth the wait, delivering a truly personalized and exceptional product for your special occasion.

Return & ExchangeÂ
Custom and Personalized Orders:
We strive to create unique and personalized items that reflect your individual style and preferences. To ensure the highest quality, we kindly request 2 weeks for processing time. Your order receipt will include a "ship by date," and we guarantee shipment on or before that date unless otherwise approved for a "need by date." Expedited orders may incur additional charges for expedited shipping and preparation. We appreciate your cooperation in placing your order promptly, allowing us to provide you with excellent service.
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of our products, we can only accommodate returns or exchanges in the event of defects, damage, or if an incorrect item was shipped. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must remain unopened in their sealed plastic sleeves. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us promptly so that we can address the problem accordingly. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any concerns you may have.

Order Tracking
At African American Bridal, we're dedicated to providing exceptional customer service that sets us apart from the rest. If your order has been shipped, you should have received a tracking number to monitor its progress.
To track your package, Keep in mind that once your order is complete, you'll receive a separate "shipping confirmation number," distinct from the initial order confirmation.
All Wedding Brooms are now shipped with signature confirmation to ensure that they are provided to a person. If you do not wish to have signature confirmation please contact us to have it removed, however, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
For DO-IT-YOURSELF items, Or items marked FREE Shipping unless priority shipping is requested, they are shipped via regular mail. (This does not include wedding brooms)
If you haven't received your tracking number, please consider the following:

Custom orders typically require 2 weeks of preparation time, which may extend during wedding season or for larger orders.

Check your spam filter, as sometimes confirmation emails may get caught there.

Please note that we pay close attention to wedding dates, sometimes prioritizing orders accordingly. During holidays, please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery unless express shipping is requested.
