Because of the custom nature of our work, we only accept returns/exchanges due to defects, damage, or if the wrong item was shipped in error. Please check your item and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS MUST NOT BE OPENED OR REMOVED FROM SEALED PLASTIC SLEEVES.
Ship by dates/Need By date
We respectfully ask for 2-3 weeks of processing time. All order receipts provide you with a "ship by date". and will be shipped on or before that date unless we are notified and approve your "need by date". Expedited shipping and prep charges may apply for an expedited order. Please help us provide you with excellent service by placing your order in a timely manner.
Digital Proofing
You may also purchase Digital Proof of all orders before shipping.
If you have decided to customize your broom, colors, or style, we recommend that you order Digital Proofs to be sure your colors are properly coordinated. Please allow 7-10 days for Digital Proofs.
